We charge $50 per practice in the Ottawa area. For optimal results we recommend one or three Goaltenders per session. We limit the maximum amount of Goaltenders per session to four per instructor/coach. This includes post-session evaluation for coaches and parents.

We will also run full ice practices for associations. Please contact us for details.

Please ensure your Goaltenders are ready in full equipment 5 minutes prior to practice time for off ice instruction. It is also recommended that we are advised in advance of the practice plan so that we can work our drills around your practice.
